The Blooming Artist Gallery & Instruction presents The Green Room

Green: the color of emanation. At the threshold between dormancy and vitality, this color represents new–something starting (or restarting) from “nothing.” But herein lies a truth–that even, especially, in “nothing,” there exists powerful potential. Whether that potential becomes manifest depends. And here we must question nature vs. nurture… because, surely, it is not an “either, or,” but an “and.” Simply put, nature must be nurtured if it is to stay green.

So–The Green Room: an exhibit that showcases the hidden language of this symbolic color. Explore and contemplate the cycle of growth through works of various textures, mediums, and forms. In this space, what is seen started from just potential, and what is unseen is not absent, but becoming. We invite you to witness this with us between July 01 - August 22.
